interment requirements
- Full payment of the memorial unit
- Full payment of the interment fees
- Death Certificate
- Transfer Permit for bone transfers
- Original Certificate of Perpetual Usufruct (CPU) to be presented to the person in-charge
- Valid Identification Card
- Authorization duly signed by the Grantee/s when Interment Order is processed through a Representative, other than those stipulated in the Contract to Sell.
